Why the change:
Since Visual Studio 11 Beta won’t be available before the Windows 8 Consumer Preview, we are delaying the Visual Studio 11 presentation until a later time in order to present on the VS11 Beta rather than the Developer Preview from Windows Build instead…
Following a quick overview of PowerShell for developers, we begin delving into using PSake and Toji for creating automated build scripts. This combination of tools provides a great development experience for scripting automated builds without the verbosity of a using a declarative language as a procedural scripting mechanism. In this session we will cover the goals of automated build within the application life-cycle process and delve into how to achieve these goals using a PowerShell based toolset. Don’t miss this session to learn real world best practices that add another productivity tool to the developers quiver.
Speakers will be Mark Michaelis and Ian Davis
